Milk Separator Machine
Separator is a device for separating fresh milk into skim milk and cream. Skim milk is made from fresh milk which the whole fat is extracted from it. The remainder of the mixture which is the whole fat, is called cream. The milk is standardized according to the amount of fat required after passing the separator. To produce any type of milk with different fat percentages, a certain amount of cream is returned to the skim milk. Milk with different fat percentages is available on the market such as, homogenized milk 25.3% fat, milk 2%, 1% and skim (zero fat percentage).
